New to Yoga? Learn the basics in a fun, relaxed class with other newbies. This 6 week session meets once a week on Tuesdays from 7-8pm, Nov 5th through Dec 10th. Learn how to do basic yoga poses with proper alignment and yogic breathing. Stretch and strengthen the body. Improve balance & flexibility. Release stress and increase energy levels. Learn easy yoga sequences and a touch of meditation. Certified Instructor Patti Spadaro is faculty at W&J College, where she teaches Yoga courses and develops wellness curriculum. She has a friendly, down to earth nature & loves sharing the joys of yoga with the community.
