Yoga Nidra


Deeply relax with Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra can be a powerful meditation technique, and it's one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain.  While lying comfortably, be guided through a relaxation meditation, calming the body and mind, promoting deep rest, and leaving you with a sense of wholeness.  Yoga Nidra can reduce stress, and ease tension and anxiety. This class is open to everyone, even if you've never done yoga before. Please dress warmly, and bring a blanket, pillow, and yoga mat if you have one.  We also have mats and blankets available. Sunday 1/13, 3:30pm.  Please register in adavance. $12
