Yoga Teachers: Expand your knowlege and sharpen your skills! Join us for Workshops for Yoga Teachers, with visiting teacher Gayatri Devillier. Gayatri is a certified yoga instructor, RYT 500, who was a resident teacher and teacher trainer at Shoshoni Yoga School and and Ashram in Colorado.
"I believe that while yoga works deeply with the body, it gives us a method to access inner freedom, strength and happiness. I teach a blend of vinyasa and hatha with anatomical awareness, traditional teachings, and a sense of humor. Gratitude and body-positivity are central to my teaching approach because yoga is for everyone.
To make sense of this wild thing called life, I lived at Shoshoni Yoga Ashram from 2006-2016 where I transformed from a seeker to a finder. During this special time, I lived a traditional yogic lifestyle of practice, service and community and apprenticed with senior teachers.
Since 2005, I have been teaching yoga in settings ranging from studios and retreats to the local YMCA. I have both taught and developed curricula for 200- hour foundational and 300-hour advanced yoga teacher trainings. My certifications include: 200 & 500 hour certifications from Shambhava Yoga, CO & HI with advanced training in Ayurveda, Vinyasa Flow, and Yoga for Wellness."
We do our best to keep our prices low to make authentic & holistic yoga accessible and affordable. Please register in advance to help us plan our classes, and reserve your spot.
All workshops provide Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units, and are geared to teachers who have at least a 200 hour certification. Teachers can combine these trainings with May 17th Kirtan and/or any of our May 17-19 public classes with Gayatri to earn more CEUs.
