Welcome! We’ve been here since 1998 teaching Yoga in a happy and calming atmosphere; safely introducing new students to the immediate benefits of Yoga. Our name, 'Sri Yantra Yoga' is symbolic of the expansive, universal quality of the Yogic tradition.

Anyone and everyone can practice Yoga; it doesn’t matter who you are or how you are. Yoga is an individual experience; even in a group class do only what works for you. Sri Yantra Yoga studio enjoys a good reputation teaching new students as well as retaining a strong group of long-timers. Most people find their life enhanced by their exploration of the varying movements which increase strength, create flexibility and restore balance, not only physically, but also within themselves. Learning to breathe correctly and relax consciously also makes a huge difference in how one reduces stress, experiences happiness and their Life!! With regular practice, students find they stay healthier and sleep better, too. The main style taught here stems from the Shambhava Yoga lineage, which is a living tradition of Yoga; a quality you may enjoy due to the richness that comes through in the classes. We encourage you to learn to be in the present moment, as this is an awareness-based practice that can deeply rejuvenate and restore your whole being. Shivani is the main teacher who has taught all levels of students and trained teachers both here and in Colorado for over 20 years. We also have amazing guest teachers who come to teach for a while or specialize in particular classes. In addition, Shivani teaches a meditation class on Wednesday nights that is both practical for learning ways to skillfully handle daily life, and will expand your Inner Being, enabling you to soar!
