Shivani Taylor, E-RYT-500 is the primary teacher and director of Sri Yantra Yoga, LLC.   Her teacher is H.H.Rishi Mahamandaleshwar Sri Shambhavananda, with whom she began studying in 1988. At that time, she moved into and helped build Shoshoni Yoga Retreat in Colorado and studied there and at the Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram for 10 years.  Shivani became certified to teach in 1991 and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level. but has taught well over 11,000 class hours.  She arrived in Houston, PA in 1998 and opened the Shambhava Yoga Center here.  The studio’s name has changed, as has Shivani in many ways, but her life still centers around sharing with others the inner strength, peace & contentment she has found through Yoga. Her full-time practice of Yoga and Meditation also inspires the ongoing development of the local Yoga Ashram nearby.

Ashley Grable, a Washington, PA native, spent four months in India last year, where she was awarded certifications by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. In December 2008, she successfully completed the Yoga Teachers’ Training Course in Kerala, India, and in March 2009, she successfully completed the Advanced Yoga Teachers’ Training Course in Tamil Nadu, India, which meets the Yoga Alliance’s 500 hours Registered Yoga School Standards. Prior to her studies in India, Ashley practiced yoga for two years in Nairobi, Kenya, under a director of the Patanjali Yoga and Ayurvedic Centre. She credits yoga with providing her a sense of peace, no matter where in the world -- or in life -- she finds herself

Lynn Maust is a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2004. Being in the IT Management field for most of her career life and with long hours at the computer and sitting in meetings, she found daily yoga and meditation practice offers her some of the most rewarding physical and tension release benefits possible!
Lynn has been an active seva (selfless service) participant, creating the monthly newsletter, fund-raising for our local Ashram, and numerous other volunteer activities.  Lynn is a 200 hour Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher  who regularly leads the Sunday 108 Surya Namaskar yoga flow, teaches the 6 AM Wednesday morning class and substitute teaches whenever possible.

Teresa Babyak says, “Yoga has changed my life! Yoga has not only helped me increase strength and flexibility, but it also has helped me gain a level of peace and centeredness in an otherwise stressful life, which includes managing a large Oncology practice for many years now.”
In the past, I have joined gyms and bought exercise equipment and yet, always found an excuse why I couldn't exercise. Yoga, however, is the only thing that I never make excuses for.”   Teresa also teaches yoga at the hospital to the delight of her collegues.
Yoga also gives her lots of energy for her other part-time business - baking treats for order - ask her about Teresa’s Treats.
