		Deepen Your Meditation Practice - TWO Hour Group Practice on the Third Wednesday of each month at the Houston Studio August 18, 2010 We’ve add an extra hour onto the existing meditation class that meets each week!!! 			VOLUNTEER SEVA PROGRAM We are frequently in need of your help at the Ashram (a place where Yoga practitioners gather or live) with painting, cleaning and maintenance projects. Seva translates in the Yogic tradition as “giving of oneself selflessly” although one who has participated in Seva wholeheartedly knows there are indeed rewards. Don’t hesitate to contact Shivani (724-746-1327) if you have time to help or have special skills. It’s greatly appreciated!
