Yoga 1 -  An enjoyable & safe way to learn and practice the fundamental postures of Hatha Yoga. Good for Beginners and those preferring an “easier”, more instructive class. Gain strength, flexibility & balance that will extend beyond the physical level to all areas of your life. Use breath as a way to de-stress, calm yourself and energize

Yoga 2 - Hatha Yoga with more challenging asanas. Develop an ability to hold postures longer and focus more deeply and/or work more fluidly in Vinyasa Flows.  Students will want to feel at ease in Yoga 1 and be somewhat familiar with the asanas.

Gentle Yoga -  Slightly slower pace, more personalized modifications with props, if needed.  Modifications will help those living with some limited physical movement -perhaps  from car accidents, joint-related conditions, asthma, heart disease, etc.   All ages.   Seniors UPMC for Life Plan 100% covered!

YOGA 50/30 (may return in the Late Fall)- 50 minutes of Intensive Yoga followed by 30 minutes of Intensely Deep Relaxation. There's nothing better to melt away anything that's been bothering you!  In good physical condition with some knowledge of asanas.

Teen Yoga - Yoga encourages teens to get moving in a non-competitive way but can also help increase focus and abilities in the competitive sports arena. Yoga offers enjoyable tools for stress and frustration relief; provides tools to feel happier and more confident and have fun while improving overall health.
Teens will learn repetitive movement flows, how to hold some postures to release tension from the body and how to breathe more fully.

108 Surya Namaskar - Traditional sequence of 12 asanas (postures) linked in succession, moving in harmony with each breath. Commonly referred to as Sun Salutations, to help us open to our Inner Light. Considered strenuous.

Meditation Class - Discover the Bliss of the Natural State!! Meditation has now been proven to reduce stress effects. increase brain power and help gain a higher perspective of Life, among many other benefits.  Yogic readings, talks and satsang; Various practices: chanting, mantra and silent meditations from the Shambhava Yoga lineage.  $5-$20 donation suggested and appreciated.
